AST is hiring a full-time, onsite Product Manager for its Research and Development team in Tacoma, Washington. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the role owns product strategy, roadmaps, R&D and capital investment, development programs, go-to-market execution, lifecycle management, cost optimization, specifications, customer relationships, and industry representation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of product management experience, experience with automated machinery, and strong financial, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation is $115,000–$135,000 annually for onsite Washington applicants, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
