Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Advanced experience with real-time accounting ledgers, cash management solutions, and banking integrations within a FinTech environment.
Product management delivery experience, including defining product vision, roadmap development and execution of delivery strategies.
Proven experience working in Agile environments with ownership and management of Scrum backlogs.
Experience working within a product domain driven organisation.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Experience leveraging AI tools to support backlog management, product prioritisation and delivery activities.
Experience working with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.
Self-starter mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
