EDB's IT Division seeks a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle of a core digital product offering used in Singapore. The role involves market research, developing product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing product design and development, and ensuring timely delivery. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in product management working with various business units to launch and manage complex and high-risk products.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of product management methodology and experience, or familiarity with major frameworks implementing Agile principles, e.g., XP (preferred), Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development.
Product or Project Management Professional training and certification will be an added advantage, e.g., PMI, Prince II, MSP.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including ability and experience in influencing, engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority internally and externally
Possess a driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a team player
Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and understanding of their applications in product management practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-performing product teams.
