Description
Elastic is hiring a Product Manager to join its Observability product team and focus on logs and logs analytics capabilities. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of logs collection, ingestion, and management; develops features for modern SRE workflows, including GenAI and agentic logging, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and log correlation; and collaborates with Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, Marketing, and other teams. The position requires at least three years of product management or related experience, technical experience with logs analytics, and observability or performance monitoring knowledge. Compensation is a base salary of CAD 128,300–203,000, with no variable component, plus stock program eligibility and other benefits.
