The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into technical requirements, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Cruise industry operations, pricing, revenue management, or commercial systems, along with strong technical skills and prior experience working with engineering teams. Responsibilities include aligning internal and external requirements with the product roadmap, partnering with Cruise industry stakeholders, leading internal and external calls, producing technical documentation, managing service delivery, supporting SDQA teams, grooming the product roadmap, organizing development tickets, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in cruise pricing and revenue management, analyzing product challenges, iterating on solutions, being comfortable with database queries and API communication, creating executive briefings, running beta programs, identifying emerging technology trends, demonstrating continuous learning, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
