LawnStarter is hiring a fully remote Product Manager to own a high-stakes workstream within one of three product swim lanes: New Customer Acquisition, Deliver Service, or AI & Operating Excellence. The role combines strategic product discovery with hands-on execution, including defining ambiguous problems, owning business metrics, driving engineering and design pods, prioritizing roadmaps, and using AI daily through the company's internal Brain system. Candidates should be AI-native, strong in either data-driven product work or customer/product taste, structured in ambiguous situations, excellent communicators, decisive about prioritization, and biased toward action. The position offers a base salary of $140,000-$185,000, equity, medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible PTO, and full remote work from anywhere in the United States.
