Description
LawnStarter is hiring a fully remote Product Manager to own a high-stakes product workstream across customer acquisition, service delivery and retention, or AI-driven operating efficiency. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on problem definition, metric ownership, cross-functional execution, roadmap prioritization, and daily use of AI tools. The successful candidate will lead engineering and design pods from ambiguous problem discovery through shipped outcomes, improve customer and Pro experiences, communicate clearly, make data- or customer-informed decisions, and act with a strong bias for action. Compensation is $140,000–$185,000 base salary plus equity, medical, dental, vision, and flexible PTO.
