Lendable is hiring a Product Manager to shape and grow its UK Cards product. The role focuses on product-led growth, experimentation, customer experience, conversion, operational workflows, AI-enabled customer support and servicing, and cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, operations, finance, capital markets, and customer servicing. It requires at least four years of experience in product, strategy, consulting, analytics, or startup environments, along with ownership of products or growth initiatives and strong interest in fintech, lending, and technology. The role offers significant autonomy and exposure to consumer lending and credit-card operations.
