Description

Lawson Fuses Limited is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy, development, standardization, commercialization, and full lifecycle management of low-voltage and medium-voltage fusegear products. The techno-commercial role covers portfolio roadmaps, product specifications, engineering and R&D collaboration, standards compliance, testing, market research, pricing, sales support, product launches, and coordination with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams for industrial, utility, infrastructure, OEM, and related markets.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or materials engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 5–12 years of experience in fusegear, switchgear, or other electrical protection products
Hands-on LV/MV product development, testing, and application engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications: Technical expertise in LV/MV fusegear or electrical protection systems
Knowledge of ISO, IEC, ENA, BS, and UL standards and certification
People management and customer handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strategic thinking, initiative, resilience, and analytical ability
