The role owns user discovery, problem definition, product design, requirements, cross-functional delivery, quality, adoption, and rollout of workflows involving AI agents, survey programming, data processing, and project management. It seeks a high-ownership product professional with software product experience, strong user discovery and requirements skills, and the ability to work in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments; AI-native, workflow, and operations-product experience are preferred.
