Description
Mill is hiring a Product Manager to own the commercial hardware roadmap from development through customer launch, new SKUs, and accessories. The role translates customer and field learnings into product requirements, coordinates Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Industrial Design, makes tradeoff decisions, tracks performance metrics, and supports commercial deployment. Candidates need 5–7 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years on hardware or electromechanical products, along with experience shipping hardware and supporting early deployments.
