Mochi Health is hiring a full-time, onsite Product Manager to own a core domain of its AI-driven healthcare marketplace, including strategy, roadmap, feature development, and shipped outcomes. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities for patients, providers, and customer service agents, partnering with clinical, operational, and pharmacy teams, gathering user feedback, coordinating integrations and interoperability, and defining product performance metrics. Candidates should have 1–2+ years of product management experience, including experience with digital health, healthcare technology, or health systems innovation, along with roadmap ownership, product requirements, user stories, and cross-functional shipping experience. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with onsite work five days per week.
