Neural Concept is hiring a Product Manager to work at the intersection of industrial engineering, simulation, and AI. The role involves engaging with OEM engineering teams, simulation specialists, and program managers; translating customer and market insights into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps; leading product discovery through user research and hypothesis testing; collaborating with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing; representing industrial engineers internally; and tracking trends in engineering software, simulation, and AI tooling. Candidates need at least three years of engineering experience in a large industrial organization, exposure to modern engineering software or AI-enabled environments, strong product instincts, clear communication, and a degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
