NEXT is hiring a Product Manager to own the technology and go-to-market side of its Business Owner's Policy product. The role owns the product roadmap, technical solutions, delivery, packaging, user experience, channel strategy, executive communication, and product strategy, while using AI to improve workflows and product development. It requires 8+ years of product management experience, familiarity with regulated or financial products, distribution or GTM experience, strong analytical and design skills, and the ability to communicate with executives. The position is hybrid in Palo Alto, California, or Waltham, Massachusetts, with an annual base salary of $180,000–$244,000 in Palo Alto and $163,000–$220,000 in Waltham.
