Nitra is hiring an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build Nitra Growth, a new AI product for healthcare practices. The role owns product strategy and execution, customer research, MVP definition, feature prioritization, cross-functional delivery, and metrics such as appointment conversion, no-show reduction, patient retention, and product adoption. The position requires at least three years of product management experience, experience building customer-facing SaaS products, strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in ambiguity. It is a full-time hybrid role with an office four days per week and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day, offering equity, health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits, with a base salary of up to $180,000 across United States locations.
