Niural is hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience for critical products within its AI-native payroll, benefits, and compliance platform. The role partners with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build roadmaps, conduct discovery, write requirements, manage feature delivery, make technical tradeoffs, and iterate based on data and user feedback. It is an in-person position based in the New York City office, requiring five days per week, with a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
