&Open is hiring a Product Manager to work alongside its Head of Product on the core software platform for sending gifts. The role owns projects from discovery through delivery and outcome, including customer research, solutioning, project scoping, team coordination, analytics, and AI-driven work. It requires 5–7 years of product management experience, including startup experience, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects. The position is based in Dublin or remotely within a couple of hours of GMT, with occasional travel, and offers hybrid working, healthcare cover, pension, leave, and stock options.
