Payflip is hiring a Product Manager to own its Flex product, which serves 50,000+ employees and HR teams and is being expanded into a core salary platform. The role leads the migration from an HR-admin tool to a new information architecture, owns continuous product improvements, and identifies capabilities that reduce support burden. The position requires 2–4 years of professional experience in product, consulting, founder associate, business analysis, or a related complex-systems role, strong writing and first-principles thinking, comfort with legal and regulatory complexity, and fluency in Dutch and English.
