Description
PerformYard is hiring a Product Manager to own and drive product roadmap initiatives for its SaaS employee performance management products. The role serves as a product owner on agile/scrum teams, prioritizes requirements, collaborates with stakeholders and customers, and uses data-informed decision-making. It requires 3–5 years of software product management experience, including AI-powered product development, product ownership, agile collaboration, UX/UI work, JIRA, integrations, and startup SaaS experience.
