Description
River Island is hiring a Product Manager to lead and empower store teams, deliver exceptional customer journeys, and improve visual merchandising, product placement, and customer service. The role supports the Store Leader with store operations, KPIs, compliance, team development, sales performance, and visual execution, while also handling product movement, floor resets, stock replenishment, and other hands-on retail tasks. The position requires a commercial mindset, fashion and visual merchandising knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and availability for weekends, public holidays, and seasonal periods.
