Product Manager at River Island

River Island is hiring a Product Manager to lead store teams and deliver an inspirational customer journey through product placement, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence. The role supports the Store Leader with sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID, and people KPIs; manages store operations and compliance; develops the team; and handles product movement, floor resets, displays, and stock replenishment. The position requires a commercial mindset, visual merchandising ability, analytical skills, leadership, and availability for weekends, public holidays, and seasonal periods.
