Description
Synthflow AI is hiring a hands-on Product Manager to join its early-stage product team and build AI-agent products for financial-services customers. The role owns product initiatives from customer discovery and prioritization through launch, measurement, iteration, and scaling, while partnering with engineering on AI-agent workflows, APIs, integrations, automation, and technical trade-offs. The position requires 3–5+ years of hands-on product experience, a track record of shipping AI products to production, strong technical knowledge of APIs, agentic workflows, prompting, automation, and LLM evaluation, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin.
