Description
Tyler Technologies is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and success of key solutions within its Enterprise Corrections Suite, including inmate financial management, commissary operations, inmate communications, video visitation, tablets, payments, and related correctional services. The role partners with customers, business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to validate needs, prioritize investments, manage releases, monitor adoption and business outcomes, and support sales activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software product management experience, strong Agile and analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership; corrections or justice-technology experience is preferred. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Franklin, Tennessee or Plano, Texas office, and requires a CJIS-compliant fingerprint background check.
