Ubeya is hiring a Product Manager to define and execute its workforce-management product roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success, conduct market research, prioritize requirements, develop specifications and user stories, and monitor product performance. The role requires at least three years of SaaS product management experience, analytical and Agile skills, cross-functional collaboration, project-management ability, familiarity with Jira or Confluence, experience with AI/ML product features, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
