Description
Unify is hiring a Product Manager to join its small, elite product team and work directly with the founders and executive team. The role owns product strategy and execution for growth engineering pods, takes ideas from concept through launch, gathers customer and usage insights, improves UX, and sets product quality standards. The position seeks someone with 5–8 years of product experience, ideally at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies, with a strong record of shipping 0→1 products, technical judgment, metrics-driven decision-making, and excellent communication. Bonus qualifications include AI-native product experience, startup founding or early-employee experience, and familiarity with sales, marketing, and revenue tools.
