The role owns customer discovery, problem framing, prioritized roadmaps, cross-functional delivery, and commercial outcomes, while partnering with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operations teams. It requires 3–7 years of product management experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment, experience in regulated or complex domains, and active use of AI tools. The position is fully remote to start, with occasional travel to Mesa, Arizona, and anticipates a hybrid cadence in Chicago.
