XTB is hiring a Product Manager to define product vision, set KPIs, validate customer needs, translate requirements into development tasks, coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, technical, and engineering teams, and use data and AI tools to drive product decisions. The role requires product management experience, cross-functional agile experience, business and system analysis, process automation, English proficiency at B2 level, and openness to AI-based tools. The position offers remote work from the Warsaw office or a coworking space in the candidate’s city.
