Description
Franki is hiring its first dedicated B2B Product Manager to own the end-to-end merchant platform for local restaurants and hospitality businesses. The role owns the B2B roadmap, product specifications, engineering tickets, releases, merchant requests and bugs, POS and transaction-verification workflows, billing, API and partner integrations, internal tools, and product metrics. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with remote work across the United States primarily in the Pacific Standard Time zone. The position requires B2B product management experience in hospitality or restaurant technology, startup or growth-stage product experience, strong product craft, API and POS experience, merchant-facing experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
