Wabtec Transit Brakes & Couplers is hiring a Brake Control Product Manager to own the strategy, competitiveness, and lifecycle performance of its Brake Control portfolio. The role defines product roadmaps and architecture, leads modularization and platform development, translates market and customer insights into product requirements, drives cost and value-engineering initiatives, and aligns Engineering, R&D, Quality, Sourcing, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, strong technical and business acumen, cross-functional leadership ability, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally; EU work authorization is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.
