Leland is hiring Product Manager Coaches to mentor students and early-career professionals preparing for product-management recruiting. Coaches will review resumes, prepare mentees for behavioral and product-case interviews, and provide practical career guidance. The role is intended for experienced product managers, preferably those who have worked with students formally or informally. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with Leland’s team to deliver coaching.
