Description
CallRail is hiring a Product Manager to own its core integrations, public API, and webhooks. The role will build and deepen integrations with automotive, healthcare, scheduling, and workflow platforms; own the shared integration framework, integrations UI, API capabilities, documentation, developer dashboard, billing, and reliability metrics; and triage bugs and migrations while coordinating with Support, Sales, and Marketing. The position requires 3–5 years of product management experience, strong technical fluency, hands-on API and webhook experience, and daily use of AI tools. It is based in CallRail’s Atlanta office, with office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 2026 and a three-day hybrid model beginning in January 2027.
