GovTech is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive data-related products and capabilities across the Ministry of Education (MOE). The role defines product vision, prioritises use cases, translates requirements into features and workflows, coordinates engineering, platform, governance, and operations teams, and tracks adoption and outcomes. The position may be deployed into one of four specialised tracks covering Student Hub data, WOG–MOE data architecture, data governance and metadata, or data authorisation and authentication. Relevant experience in product management, digital product delivery, consulting, or transformation is required, along with stakeholder alignment, problem-structuring, and familiarity with enterprise data, governance, platforms, or public-sector delivery.
