Product Manager, Documentation Systems at Versapay

Versapay is hiring a Product Manager, Documentation Systems to own its documentation product across in-product Help, implementation guides, support runbooks, release notes, and embedded ERP applications. The role will build an AI-assisted documentation pipeline, establish evaluation and change-detection processes, define terminology and style standards, improve product-knowledge capture, and maintain documentation accuracy. Candidates need at least five years of relevant product, implementation, solutions consulting, technical program management, support engineering, developer experience, or technical enablement experience, along with automation, LLM evaluation, customer-facing, and cross-functional influence experience. The role is remote.
