The role involves defining customer problems, launching AI features, conducting customer research, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams, establishing AI evaluation frameworks, and monitoring AI trends. Candidates should have SaaS, platform, or AI-enabled product management experience, experience taking products from idea to launch, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and knowledge of AI, data, APIs, machine learning, or adjacent technologies.
