Synthesia is hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to the VP of Growth and own growth for a core product area from acquisition through retention. The role partners with product managers and engineers, designs growth into the product, rallies teams around measurable outcomes, and works across engineering, marketing, and go-to-market. Candidates should have product management and growth experience, AI-native product experience, strong communication, and technical fluency. The position is remote from Europe or hybrid from London or Munich.
