Intuit is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the technology portfolio powering its Omnichannel and Expert growth initiatives. The role defines the customer intelligence and data layer, lead-capture architecture, local marketing and geo-enablement capabilities, and offline-to-online measurement systems; it also drives cross-team architecture decisions and roadmap execution. The position requires 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning products across multiple teams or business lines, along with growth-systems thinking, AI-native product development, CRM and sales-enablement fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and change-management experience. Preferred qualifications include lead-management and sales-enablement experience, field-user product experience, customer-intelligence measurement work, and experience in regulated consumer services. The expected base pay range is $205,500–$278,000 in Mountain View, with possible cash bonus, equity, and benefits.
