Sourcegraph is hiring a deeply technical Product Manager to support multiple engineering teams and shape products for developers and AI agents. The role covers customer discovery, requirements and specifications, prioritization, product lifecycle management, technical tradeoffs, and alignment with engineering, marketing, and sales. Candidates need at least five years of product management experience, prior software engineering or substantial hands-on coding experience, and strong knowledge of developer workflows, Git, and modern developer tooling. The role requires substantial overlap with Eastern Time and offers a starting base salary of $167,200 USD in Zone 2 or $125,400 USD in Zone 3, plus equity and benefits.
