Description
MongoDB is hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of internal financial data products. The role partners with Finance leadership to translate planning, forecasting, reporting, and spend-efficiency needs into data requirements, pipelines, datasets, dashboards, APIs, and frameworks, while managing cross-functional squads, agile delivery, technical documentation, incident resolution, and success metrics. Candidates should have 3–5 years of technical product management experience, finance-system and ERP experience, modern data architecture knowledge, SOX compliance experience, and strong communication skills. The role is hybrid and based in New York City, Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco, with a U.S. base salary range of $108,000–$212,000.
