Description
Operations1 is hiring a Product Manager to bridge customer needs with technical implementation in industrial software. The role develops product strategy and quarterly OKRs, conducts customer discovery and research, evaluates AI and other features, manages and prioritizes the product backlog, coordinates sprints with technical and design teams, and communicates results to stakeholders. The position requires several years of product-outcome experience in SaaS or industrial IT, B2B product development experience, analytical and data skills, strong German and English proficiency, and the ability to work iteratively and independently.
