Takealot.com is hiring a Product Manager in Machine Learning in Cape Town to own and deliver machine learning roadmaps for AI focus areas such as merchants, retail and marketplace, supply chain, and logistics. The role partners with business units, machine learning engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, define requirements, track success metrics, and improve North Star metrics. It requires 7+ years of related and transferable experience or 3+ years of product management experience, along with AI/ML fundamentals, data-product delivery experience, advanced spreadsheet and database skills, and familiarity with agile methods. The position offers a hybrid working model.
