Wise is hiring a Product Manager in Mitigation Platform to lead a cross-functional team responsible for standardizing operational workflows and improving customer-service processes. The role owns the product roadmap, KPIs and OKRs, project execution, and solutions covering case and document-request lifecycle management, customer communication tools, and agent-facing platforms. The manager will collaborate with design, analytics, data science, operations, and compliance teams, while also building and growing the team and leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development.
