The role leads product-line strategy, marketing, product development, pricing, customer value propositions, and cross-functional coordination for machinery and electrical OEM customers. Responsibilities include customer and technical presentations, market and competition analysis, new-product launches, sales support, customer activity management, and team leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, five years of marketing, sales, or engineering experience focused on electrical components or systems, and preferably a business or engineering degree, an MBA, and two years of circuit-protection or electrical-equipment experience. The expected annual salary is $130,000–$190,000, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates within the United States; immigration sponsorship is not offered.
