Description
Swap is hiring a Product Manager for its Financial Crimes team to design and own the end-to-end onboarding and identity verification journey, including API contracts, registration fields, regulatory requirements, document capture, liveness checks, OCR, facial comparison, and document analysis. The role will evaluate identity providers, measure approval rates and false negatives, determine when additional documents are needed, and defend data-driven proposals to compliance, the board, and banking partners. The position requires product experience in registration, identity, or fraud prevention, familiarity with APIs, regulatory analysis, and business and risk judgment; biometrics, B2B2C, and Brazilian data-bureau experience are preferred.
