Crisp is hiring a Product Manager Operations to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to operations tooling and processes. The role uses operational data to estimate improvement impact, collaborates with operations, analytics, and development teams, assesses technical changes, ensures improvements are sustained, and measures their effects. Candidates should have at least one year of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience, university-level studies in a technical, business-economics, or science field, and preferably experience with process optimization, logistics, software development, AI, and SQL.
