PointClickCare is hiring a Product Manager – Orders Management (Senior Care) for a 12-month contract. The role owns product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for orders-related products supporting senior-care buildings, including migration and onboarding tooling and clinical workflows. Responsibilities span the full product lifecycle, customer and market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, backlog prioritization, product investment decisions, and modernization through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows. The position is remote or hybrid in Canada, with Mississauga, Ontario as the hybrid location and occasional travel to Salt Lake City for remote employees. A bachelor's degree and at least three years of product management experience are required, along with healthcare IT, clinical workflows, regulatory systems, AI/ML, and legacy-product modernization experience. The Canada base salary range is $112,900–$125,400 CAD.
