Description
HiBob is hiring a Product Manager to build and iterate its Payroll product. The role owns requirements, the software development lifecycle, product roadmap, success metrics, user research, market analysis, and collaboration with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and Client Success. It requires at least three years of product management experience, direct payroll experience, familiarity with HR, payroll, and benefits systems, and experience with Agile and cross-functional teams. The position is permanent and hybrid, with two days per week in the London office.
