Description
GovTech is hiring a Lead/Senior Product Manager to lead the AI Safety and Governance pillar within PlatformAI. The role owns a dual-track roadmap: building automated evaluation, guardrail, and red-teaming tools for developers, and creating observability and risk-posture dashboards for governance across the whole-of-government ecosystem. Responsibilities include defining AI safety standards, integrating safety checks into CI/CD, monitoring for jailbreaks and model drift, translating policy into technical requirements, and tracking safety KPIs. The role requires senior product leadership, AI safety expertise, analytical rigor, and developer empathy.
