Description
A Serasa Experian is hiring a Product Manager Pleno for a hybrid role in São Paulo, Brazil. The position will evolve the portfolio of collection and credit-recovery solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve product journeys, analyze transactional data and business metrics, identify automation and AI opportunities, and manage product discovery, backlog, roadmap, KPIs, go-to-market, competitive intelligence, pricing, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires at least three years of Product Manager experience, preferably in credit, financial services, fintech, data, or B2B products, along with digital-product, discovery, roadmap, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
