CIVCO is hiring a Product Manager to guide the Probe Reprocessing product line, own its portfolio and roadmap, develop go-to-market strategies, manage pricing and positioning, support sales and new-business opportunities, and coordinate with engineering, marketing, service, regulatory, and quality teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of product marketing strategy or equivalent experience, up to 20% travel, and the ability to meet healthcare-system vendor credentialing requirements. Compensation is an annualized base salary of $87,000–$118,000 plus a 15% variable incentive target, with company-sponsored health plans and other benefits.
