Description
Alpaca Health is hiring a Product Manager to own the buildout of several critical internal functions, including planning, implementation, and rollout of internal tools and automations used by the Alpaca team to better serve clinicians. The role involves defining complex problems, redesigning workflows, mapping processes across people and systems, prototyping and shipping tools and automations using code, AI tools, and APIs, and owning the resulting metrics and outcomes. The position requires 4–8 years of product management experience, hands-on technical ability with programming and APIs, experience designing processes in regulated or operationally complex environments, strong communication, ownership, and AI-native problem-solving skills.
